Sandbox only — pick the organisation you are standing in for. In a real build this side sits behind a login; it is not open to the public.
Declines are never shown to the person who listed the deed. They only ever see “looking for a host”.
You are the only party here who neither created the deed nor funded it. What you confirm carries more weight than anything the deed can say about itself.
If you paid the supplier directly, say who and which invoice. It is the difference between “we paid” and a record an examiner can follow.

Only your organisation sees this. The person who listed the deed does not, and neither does anyone funding it.
This goes on the deed, where the people who met a line can read it. Sending is not built yet, so nothing is delivered — but it is recorded, and a host can pass it on.
